O Lord, our Lord,
How majestic
-is- Thy name-
in all the earth.
You have shown forth
your splendor
above the heavens!
From the mouth of
little children
and>> nursing babes, you
have established
and ordained strength,
-Be-cause of Your
-ad---versaries,
in order to make-
[the]enemy
and
the
revengeful cease.
When I consider
Thy heavens,
the work of
Your fingers,
The moon and
the stars,
which You have
established;
What is man, then?
What is man, that
You take thought
take thought of him?
And the son of man,
that You care
for him? Yet
You have made him
a little low
wer than God,
And You crown him
with glory
and majesty!
You- charged him
to- rule over
Your creation;
You've put all things
under his feet,
All sheep and oxen,
Yes, and also
the wild beasts
of the field,
The birds of the heavens,
the fish of the sea,
-Whatever passes
-through the paths of the seas.
O Lord, our Lord,
How majestic
is Your name in
all the earth.

-In the LORD
I take refuge;
How can you say
to my soul,
-"Flee as a bird
-to your mountain-;
For the wicked-
bend the bow-
and make ready
their arrow upon the string
To shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
If the foundations
are destroyed,
What can the righteous do?"
The LORD is in His holy temple;
the LORD'S throne is in heaven;
His eyes behold, His eyelids test
the sons of men.
The LORD tests the righteous
and the wicked // And the one
who loves violence His soul hates.
If the foundations
are destroyed,
What can the righteous do?"
A storm of coals and fire
and sulfur raining down,
and burning wind
will be the portion
in the wicked cup.
For the LORD is righteous,
He loves righteousness;
The upright will behold His face.
If the foundations
are destroyed,
What can the righteous do?"
